That’s fantastic. I will find a way to link this. Great finds! Go Vols! Now, NOW I’m pumped up.
Couple of stories, 1) I remember when I loved the News-Sentinel
2) I remember us going to watch a Lincoln County-Franklin County game and seeing this skinny senior kicker who could boot kickoffs through the uprights, and we heard he was choosing Tennessee over Alabama. I loved Jeff Hall from that moment. The Christian he was and the kicker he was always made him one of my all-time greats. It sure would be nice to have a dependable kicker again.
HALL-ellujah! One of the best headlines ever that was actually a subheadline.
Hall came to our high school once to football camp. I sat there in disbelief as he sat the ball on the tee from 70 yards out, ran up to it and crushed it – it sailed straight through. I couldn’t believe it! I was sold from that moment.
I forgot….was it 59-20 last year…its funny…where are the pictures from 1994-1997…….
this one is for the Judge…..PEYTON!!
That is a great post. Really cool.
Why do they call them the volunteers? Because no one in their right mind would pay to go there.
